Picking, packing & shipping

Picking and packing orders can be very difficult. You can just send the wrong product or wrong product quantity. To overcome these kinds of problems and to ensure that you can pick and pack an order as quickly as possible, we have developed a number of handy tools to ensure that you never go wrong again.

Batch picking

With batch picking you pick multiple orders at the same time. You can create a batch by manually selecting orders and adding them to a new batch, or you can have BlueSpace WMS automatically create batches based on product tags or based on where a product is located in the warehouse. This ensures that the pickers have to walk less and work more efficiently.

Packing and shipping

Proper packaging of orders is extremely important. This prevents damage to the products and subsequent unnecessary returns. That is why you can use our Virtual Order Packing function. When completing a pick list, it is automatically calculated in which boxes the order fits. You can easily add your shipping boxes in BlueSpace WMS. Does the order not fit in one box? Then BlueSpace WMS quickly searches for the best suitable box for the rest of the order.

When sending an order, BlueSpace WMS automatically creates a shipping label. Does an order consist of several shipping boxes? Then the system automatically creates a multi-colli shipment.
